How does the free trial work?

Every account starts on Free, with no card needed. Starter and Pro come with a 7-day free trial the first time you subscribe: a card is required, and you are not charged while the trial runs. The first charge, for a month or a year, is taken when the trial ends, and we show you that date before you start.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Open Billing in your settings and choose Manage billing. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel later and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens if my plan ends?

Editing locks for 30 days while your published demos keep working, so shared links and embeds do not break straight away. After that your account moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, your most recently published demo stays online, and the others are unpublished until you upgrade.

Can I export my leads?

Yes. When a demo collects leads, its leads page lists them and lets you download the list as a CSV file.
