Questions
More answers in the billing help.
What does it cost?
One plan, paid monthly at $44 a month or yearly at $500 a year, which saves 5%. Both include unlimited demos, unlimited viewers and 5 GB of storage for your screenshots. You can switch between them from Billing.
How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, and you are not charged while the trial runs. The first charge, for a month or a year depending on the plan you choose, is taken when the trial ends, and we show you that date before you start.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Open Billing in your settings and choose Manage billing. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if my plan ends?
Editing locks, but your published demos keep working for 30 days, so shared links and embeds do not break straight away. After that your account stays locked, with your demos, screenshots and leads kept, for 12 months. Reactivate within that time and everything is as you left it. After 12 months locked, your account and everything in it are deleted permanently.
