The plan

Demo My Product is one plan, paid monthly or yearly: $44 a month, or $500 a year, which saves 5%. Both include unlimited demos and 5 GB of screenshots. You choose when you start your trial, and can switch later under Billing, then Manage billing.

The free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you are not charged during the trial. The first charge, $44 for a month or $500 for a year, is taken on the day the trial ends. That date is shown on the page where you start the trial, and in the banner at the top of the app while the trial runs. We also email you three days before the trial ends.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

Cancel any time

Go to Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage billing. This opens our payment provider's portal, where you can update your card, download invoices and cancel.

Cancelling stops the plan from renewing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The billing page and the banner at the top of the app show the date your plan ends.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your plan shows "Payment failed" and you can keep editing while it is sorted out. Open Manage billing and update your card.

If your plan ends

When your subscription ends, whether you cancelled it or payments kept failing, your account moves through these stages:

1. Editing locks. You can no longer edit demos, publish, or capture with the Chrome extension. When you open the app you see "Your subscription has ended".
2. Demos keep working for 30 days. Your published demos stay online for 30 days, so shared links and embeds do not break straight away. The page tells you the date they stay live until.
3. Demos go offline. After the 30 days, public links and embeds show an unavailable page.
4. We keep your account for 12 months. Your account and everything in it, including your demos, screenshots and leads, is kept while it is locked. After 12 months locked, your account and everything in it are deleted permanently.

Through all of this you can still sign in, and Settings, then Chrome extension still lets you disconnect a browser.

Reactivate

To come back, sign in and choose Reactivate. Choose monthly or yearly; you are charged straight away, with no new trial. When the payment goes through, editing and publishing return and your published demos go back online. Everything is as you left it, as long as you reactivate within the 12 months.
